Croes, MPM, RMP, PME who is a Florida native and a resident of Lakeland for over 40 years.  Jeanie has over 30 years experience in residential property management and holds the designations Master Property Manager (MPM), Residential Management Professional (RMP) and Property Management Expert (PME) title by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).  Jeanie is a current member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of NARPM.  A member of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, Charter Member of the Lakeland Metro Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) and proud recipient of the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award for  October 2000.

I'm Cassidy, the resident Marketing & Social Media Coordinator. That's a fancy way of saying that it's my job to make Your Rental Connection, Inc. and the properties we manage STAND OUT. To do that, I use the newest technologies available, as well as tried and true advertising & marketing practices. Over the last ten years, I have honed my skills in brand management, marketing, sales administration, and customer service while working for three major corporations in Alabama and Florida.
