Croes is a current Board of Director of the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM), current member of the Greater Orlando Association of Residential Property Managers, past Board member of the Lakeland Association of REALTORS, Charter Member of the Lakeland Metro Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and proud recipient of the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award for October 2000.
